Trusted by Magic Eden, Xverse, and Animoca Brands, BLIFE Protocol is a decentralized Web3 ecosystem built on the Bitcoin blockchain, designed to make Bitcoin more than just a store of value. It enables developers and users to participate in gaming, DeFi, NFTs, metaverse experiences, and more—all within Bitcoin’s ecosystem. We developed the entire ecosystem, including a subsidiary project called Bliffy. Social media management was handled by our partners at Markchain, with whom we collaborated closely throughout the project.

BLIFE is a Web3 ecosystem built on Bitcoin, designed to bridge decentralized identity, gamified engagement, and tokenized rewards. We developed the entire ecosystem - including the visual direction, landing page, and full-featured web app - while collaborating closely with Markchain for social media management.
./ Ecosystem Architecture & Brand Integration
The BLIFE ecosystem integrates several interconnected touchpoints:
Landing page: Brand discovery and entry point for the protocol.
BLIFE ID: A digital identity system for user verification and participation.
Web app: Core experience for staking, rewards, and leaderboard engagement.
The art direction anchors this cohesion: a dark, tech-driven environment illuminated by energetic orange and neon gradients symbolizing power, security, and motion.
./ Visual Direction, Interface Language
The UI language was designed around a consistent visual grid system inspired by the golden number, allwoing modular blocks to be placed coherently around our interfaces.
./ Onboarding & Identity Flow (BLIF ID)
The onboarding was structured in three micro-steps:
Identity creation: visualized through a scanning & fingerprint animation. | Wallet connection: the user links their Web3 identity to $BLIF. | Verification & Claim: dynamic confirmation screen confirming wallet eligibility.
The UX focus here was simplicity and visual trust - translating a technically complex process (wallet verification) into an intuitive cinematic interaction.

Once connected, users access the main BLIFE web app, structured around a clear horizontal navigation bar:

./ Token & Claim Interaction
The token claim interface was designed as a central engagement loop within the ecosystem.
It combines data feedback (“total $BLIFE claimable”) with transactional clarity - guiding the user from wallet eligibility to claim validation in a few frictionless steps.
./ Gamification & Retention Loop
Gamification was introduced subtly through:
Seasonal points systems and reward tiers.
Referral mechanics integrated into the invite flow.
Progressive unlocking of staking and NFT bonuses.
